Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive my Wondertote?
- We typically deliver within 3 days! Weather permitting. If you need a later delivery date just specify in the delivery instructions.
Where do you place Wondertotes?
- We can deliver on driveways. back alleys, street curbs and any open areas with no enclosure.
Do I have to be home?
- No, just let us know in the delivery instructions where you would like the bag placed and we will drop it off as requested.
Is there a deposit on the bags?
- We do not have deposits on tote bags, however you can return them to our yard if you have no use for them after, at 79 Prairie Pl.
Can you deliver over my fence or in my garage?
- We cannot deliver in closed top areas like standard garages or over standard height fences.
Refund Policy
- Full refunds for product exchanges aren't issued once product has left our yard for delivery
- If there is a quality issue with our product, you must contact us within 72 hours, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
- The resolution process will be closed within 15 days; this process will require time and input from both parties
- Please do your research and ensure you order the right product. While we can make special exceptions to pickup already delivered product, shipping and pickup fees may apply depending on the situation.
